• Pay a $150.00/£100.00 deposit per week of your stay to reserve your dates via PayPal or bank transfer.
  
  Payments may be made by PayPal using the link below, unfortunately, we regret, due to PayPal fees this carries a 3.5% surcharge.
  
  Payments may be made free of charge by bank transfer or by check/cheque. Please request our US/UK banking details. Dates cannot be reserved until payment is received.

Our home has a maximum occupancy of 6 persons.
You must be 25 years or older to rent our home.

A deposit confirms all dates and prices quoted. Deposit is part of the total rental payment, not in addition to it. Balance of rental payment, plus a refundable security bond of $250/£150 is due 45 days prior to stay. Security bond will be refunded within 30 days of stay as long as no loss/damage has occurred.
